Good work. The only time I've been to Harvard was when they escorted me and my bike off the premises. I was taking photos for my book, but they didn't think a Northeastern graduate should be sullying their campus.

Congrats!

Hi Bryan,

I had the pleasure of briefly meeting you, after the Social Media Boston #13 breakfast. I'm glad that I picked that particular breakfast as my social media breakfast debut, and that I had the opportunity to meet the founder, after hearing so many informative and engaging presentations.

You have put in place such a vibrant community! It must feel great to see what you initiated flourishing so well now, and continuing to spread out across the country, so impactfully.

As an aside, I enjoyed your video from the Harvard Ext. class. I am particularly interested in using social media to support product innovation, especially as so many agile software development shops already engage customers in an iterative design process. Social media tools are the perfect opportunity to support business goals, with direct customer participation in iterative product development cycles.

I'll be sure to attend other social media breakfasts. Thanks again for sharing here your obvious expertise and knowledge.

Sue:

Thanks for your comments. This video recap is all I've got at the moment. Bob did record most of my talk (I think), but I'm not sure if he'll be posting it. If he does, I'll make note of it here.

Hey Bryan! Like the summary/recap of the content shared. I've always wondered about when is a good time to build a community from scratch or to engage an existing one.. and how to do either. Will you be posting a full video of your presentation online?
