We’ve flipped our calendars to 2010, which means it’s not too early to look ahead to this year’s SXSW Interactive conference, taking place (as always) here in Austin from March 12-16.
Much like the new decade, this year’s SXSWi comes with plenty of anticipation. The extraordinary gathering of geeks, innovators, and social media types promises compelling keynotes and panels, chock-a-block parties and impromptu gatherings, memorable reunions and valuable new connections, a breakout technology/application or two … and smart phone overload.
In a series I’m unveiling today and that will continue over the next several weeks, 20 scheduled conference goers will share their Great Expectations for SXSWi. The catch? They only have 10 words in which to do it.
“SXSWi 2010 Voices”: 20 Voices, 10 Words apiece, Great Expectations.
I’m looking forward to sharing the creative submissions with you.
Voice No. 1 will be published later today, and links to all of the entries will be added to the bottom of this post.

28|Jan|2010 1Bryan – cool idea. Reminds me of a similar series leading up to SXSW last year.

28|Jan|2010 2Thanks, Aaron. That series from last year was certainly part of the inspiration for my project in 2010. So, double thanks!
