Talking about community marketing and content creation at Harvard

I’ve always wanted to speak at Harvard.
And earlier this week, I did just that, co-presenting with Bob Collins to Mary Lou Roberts‘ Harvard Extension School marketing class, Social Media for Web 2.0.
I discussed how brands can build and join online communities (specifically from the vendor/agency perspective), while Bob focused on content creation and content marketing.
